We find the plan to be acceptable and hereby issue this Letter of Approval. The Certificate of Plan Approval will be received at the pre -construction meeting, and must be posted at the job site. This plan approval shall expire three (3) years following the date of approval, if no land -disturbing activity has been undertaken, as is required by Title 115A NCAC 4B .0129. As of April 1, 2019, all permittees are required to complete and submit an electronic Notice of Intent (NOI) form requesting a Certificate of Coverage (COC) under the NCGO10000 Construction Stormwater General Permit. This form and a pre -construction meeting with the City of Greenville staff MUST be submitted prior to the commencement of any land disturbing activity on the above named project. After you submit a complete and correct NOI Form, a COC will be emailed to you within three business days. Beginning May 1, 2019, DEMLR will begin charging a $100 annual fee for each NCG01 permit issued. This fee is to be sent to the DEMLR Stormwater Central Office staff in Raleigh. As applicable, please be advised that a rule to protect and maintain existing buffers along watercourses in the Tar- Pamlico River Basin became effective on January 1, 2000. The Tar - Pamlico River Riparian Area Protection and Maintenance Rule (15A NCAC 2B.0259) applies to a 50 (horizontal) foot wide zone along all perennial and intermittent streams, lakes, ponds and estuaries in the Tar -Pamlico River Basin.
