1. Part C3, Erosion and Sediment Control — The disturbed acreage (53,176) appears to be
too large. Please ensure that the disturbed area is reported in acres, not square feet.
We have made the changes.
2. Part E5 — (Total Project Area + Total Coastal Wetland Area + Total Surface Water Area
= Total Property Area) Please revise either the Total Project Area or the Total Property
Area so the above equation is correct. You can use the limit of disturbance or the area
within the property lines as the Total Property Area. NOTE: Any off -site areas that are
not bypassed around the proposed SCM need to be accounted for at their full build -out
potential per 15A NCAC 02H .1003(3)(b).

3. Part F 1 — Only one original, signed, hard copy of the ATC Permit Application Form was
provided (One contained an original signature and the other is a photocopy). Please
provide one additional original, signed, hard copy of the ATC Permit Application Form.

4. Part F4 — Please provide two original, signed, hard copies of the plans. The provided
plans do not have original signatures.

5. Part F4 — Please indicate the location of any wetland on -site. If no wetlands are present
on -site, please place a note on the plans indicating this. Please also provide the name and
contact information for the individual that made the on -site wetland determination.
Got it. We made a note on SITE 300,301,302,303.
6. NOTE: The design of the proposed SCM is not evaluated for compliance with the MDCs
during the ATC Permit Application Review. It is the responsibility of the
Applicant/Designer to ensure that the proposed design meets all applicable requirements
as outlined in 15A NCAC 02H .1000 - .1062.
