This appears to be one on our individual permit backlog. Earlier this year the staff member that was working through those took a job at the regional office, and we have just on -boarded her replacement, Matt Gwinn. I am copying Matt for information he might have on where this is on the schedule. The application received date was well ahead of the 180 days -before -expiration (5/31/2016) requirement, and fees are up to date, so permit coverage essentially remains "administratively continued." Henderson NC 27537. On your site it shows as an expired permit but I show annual stormwater fee payments for the last 2 years (2018 & 2019). Can I please get clarification about the status of this permit and if it is active what is its expiration date? I'm working on the sites compliance calendar and don't want to get surprised by any reporting or permit status issues or renewals.
