See below for the additional items you requested.

 The supplemental EZ form has been updated to state 7.91” as the design storm. The 6”
was a typo.
 The grass swale detail has been updated to show the side slope as 3:1.
 The rip rap has been designed for the 25 year storm. It is based on the 25 yr flow from
the discharging headwall.

The updated plan sheet and Supplemental EZ form are in the mail and have also been uploaded
to the appropriate site.
