We, the Western Piedmont Council of Governments (WPCOG) ask for official and written approval to
have access to the Town of Rutherford College NPDES Annual Reporting Webpage — also known as The
Stormwater Management Program Assessment (SWMPA). We request this approval to be able to submit
the finalized Stormwater Management Plan for The Town of Rutherford College stormwater program,
The parties allowed to log in and send the finalized SWMP to DEQon behalf of the Town of Rutherford
College would be the WPCOG Stormwater Administrator, WPCOG Planning Director, or other relevant
parties as described in the contracts between the WPCOG and municipality. The municipality reserves
the right to comment on said document before final submittal to the SWMPA, and by default will
receive said document for final review.
By signing this document, the Town of Rutherford College is allowing the relevant parties from the
WPCOG to have access to, and submit the finalized Stormwater Management Plan to the SWMPA on
behalf of the Town.
