TRACT THREE
BEGINNING a1 a pipe in the Southern margin of the ACL right-of-way at Stedman, NC where
the Eastern margin of the public highway (60 feet wide) intersects said right-of-way margin and runs
thence with the Eastern margin of said highway South 10 degrees 45 minutes East 895.5 feet to another
pipe, where the Southern boundary line of the Jeff Sessoms property crosses the same; thence along the
Southern boundary of the Sessoms land, South 84 degrees East 1508 feet to a pipe, the Southeast corner
of the Sessoms land; thence North 6 degrees 461.6 feet to a pipe in the Southern margin of said railroad
right-of-way; thence along said right-of-way margin North 71 degrees 22 minutes West 1809.9 feet to

51 minutes East 291.2 feet to another pipe in said highway margin; thence continuing with said highway
margin as it curves, the arc of which curve is 1163.5 feet and the long chord of which is South 53 degrees
49 minutes East 979.60 feet to a stake in said road margin where the original line of the Sessoms tract
crosses said road; thence with said original line North 6 degrees East 684.2 feet to a stake; thence South
82 degrees 4 minutes East 260.7 feet to a stake; thence North 7 degrees 56 minutes East 15 1. 1 feet to a
stake in the Northern boundary of the Sessoms land; thence with said line North 85 degrees 4 minutes
