This change is depicted on the attached as -built drawing and revised sheet C-2. The BMP pond and other major storm drainage systems around the building and parking lots remained very close to our original design. A preliminary review of that information determined that the application was not complete. Additional information was requested December 4, 2008. The additional information was to be provided by January 16, 2009. A request was granted to extend that to February 16, 2009. To date, the requested information, has not been received. We are returning the application as incomplete. The return of a project necessitates resubmittal of all required items, including the application fee. e construction of any impervious surfaces, other than a construction entrance under an approved Sedimentation Erosion Control Plan, is a violation ofNCGS 143-215.1 and is subject to enforcement action pursuant to NCGS 143-215.6A. Please reference the State assigned project number SW5081101 on all correspondence. All original documents must be returned or new originals must be provided. Copies are not acceptable.
