Address the following regarding the Western Storage Pond (15A NCAC 02U .0402): a) The names of the storage/upset structures differ from those in the permit facility description. To avoid confusion, please propose names for each structure that includes the capacity, usage, and any other location information. These new names will be used throughout the permit to ensure consistency. b) Address if the Western Storage Pond has been used to store reclaimed water. If so, for how long? c) Provide an O&M Addendum addressing the inclusion of the Western Storage Pond. d) Verify if the Western Storage Pond has a gauge. e) Provide an engineering certification for the Western Storage Pond, including certification of the liner. f) Provide an engineering certification for the transmission line/irrigation line. Clarify the name and purpose of this line. g) Address if the Western Storage Pond has an underdrain system. If so, provide drawings showing the extent of the collection system and all outlets. h) Clarify on the Western Storage Pond plan view drawings the locations of all inlets and outlets. i) Verify that multiple pumps are provided wherever pumps are used, per 15A NCAC 02U .0402(h). 2. On October 3, 2013, the Division of Water Resources approved a flow reduction for this permit. Address if any single family dwellings have been constructed for the reduced flow. 3. According to GIS records, the property on which the Western Storage Pond is located is owned by NNP Briar Chapel, LLC. Per 15A NCAC 02U .0201(e), the applicant shall provide property ownership documentation consisting of: a. Legal documentation of ownership, such as a contract, deed, or article of incorporation; b. An agreement of an intent to purchase the property that is written, notarized, and signed by both parties, accompanied by a plat or survey map; c. An easement running with the land indicating the intended use of the property; or d. An agreement to lease the property that is written, notarized, and signed by both parties, including the intended use of the property, accompanies by a plat or survey map.
