Carter, PE, of Bluestone Land Management, LLC. We have reviewed this application and have determined that this project is not subject to the North Carolina Stormwater Rules 15A NCAC 2H Section .1000 because it will disturb less than one acre. This letter is to inform you that a Post -Construction Stormwater Permit from DEMLR will not be required.
