Stormwater Discharge Monitoring Report
Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the NPDES Permit Number NCS000581 concerning the subject facility,
enclosed is the Monthly Stormwater Discharge report for Duke Energy Progress, LLC. This report
has been submitted monthly due to Outfall SW -A exceeding the benchmark for TSS on June 7,
2019 but has been below the benchmark in succeeding months; however the benchmark for Copper
was exceeded on October 31, 2019. There was no discharge for outfall SW -A for the month of
November 2019.
I certify, under penalty of law, that this document and all attachments were prepared under mti
direction or supervision in accordance with a system designed to assure that qualified personnel
properly gather and evaluate the information submitted. Based on my inquiry of the person or
persons who manage the system, or those persons directly responsible fbi- gathering the
infortnation, the information submitted is, to the hest of my knowledge and belief, trite, accurate,
and complete. I ant aware that there are significant penalties,for submitting false information,
including the possibility of fines and imprisonment for knowing violations.
