In accordance with Part III, Section E: l and E.2. of the above referenced stormwater
permit, Duke Energy Progress, LLC respectfully Submits, an original and one copy
of Year 4- Period I — Ist Quarter SDOMR for the facility stormwater outfalls.
During the above referenced sampling period, there were no treasurable stormwater events
during normal operating hours. Please note SW-7 and SW-8 have not been constructed and are
not included in this submittal.
