NPDES Storm Water Discharge Monitoring Report for: November 2019
Belews Creek Steam Station — NCS000573 — Stokes County
In accordance with Part III, E (2) of the above referenced NPDES Storm Water permit,
the original and one copy of the DMR for November 2019 for the permitted storm water
outfalls is enclosed. The period for sampling for the outfalls in Tier status ended on
November 30, 2019.
Outfall SWO05 has had three consecutive sampling events with TSS levels <100 mg/L.
Outfall SWO06 remains in Tier Three status for Zinc and Copper. Outfall SW018A
remains in Tier Two status for TSS with no qualifying flow in November 2019.1 Outfall
SWO03 is in Tier status as of January 2109 for TSS.
Corrective Actions have been implemented for Outfalls SW006, SWO018A and SW003.
All values reported on the attached reports are dependent on the accuracy of approved
analytical methods used to measure parameters.
