Belews Creek Steam Station — NCS000573 — Stokes County
In accordance with Part III, E (2) of the above referenced NPDES Storm Water permit, the original
and one copy of the DMR for March 2019 for the permitted stormwater outfalls is enclosed. The
period for sampling for the outfalls in Tier status ended on March 31, 2019.
Outfalls SWO05 and SWO06 remain in Tier Three status with no flow in March 2019. Outfall
SWO18A remains in Tier One status with no flow in March 2019.

In accordance with Part ill, E (2) of the above referenced NPDES Storm Water permit, the original
and one copy of the DMR for January 2019 for the permitted stormwater outfalls is enclosed. The
period for sampling for the outfalls in Tier status ended on January 31, 2019.
Outfalls SW005 and SW006 remain in Tier Three status. Outfall SW018A entered Tier One status
in December 2018.
