The samples collected are required monthly due to Tier Two or Tier Three Status. The period for sampling ended November 30, 2019. Outfall SWO01 had no qualifying flow for the month of November 2019. Samples were collected on November 12, 2019. Samples for the following outfalls were collected: SW007, SW009, SW010, SW016, SWO18 and SW020. The laboratory results were received on December 3, 2019. Analytes sampled above the benchmark values for analytical monitoring are as follows. Duke Energy has performed the steps required by the Tier Two and will perform the steps required by Tier Three status for these outfalls.
