Enclosed is the quarterly discharge report for American Distillation, Inc. for the 2nd quarter
of 2019.
Please note the ADI letter attached. It shows that there was very minimal precipitation in the
2nd quarter of 2019, especially May and June. This caused the water in the stormwater pond to
become stagnant. The pond discharges to outfall 001 where the samples are taken.
The sample taken for this report was from a rainfall of only 0.53"' over 24 hours. The COD
and BOD levels were elevated. We believe this was due to the stagnant pond.
Samples for the 3r1 quarter of 2019 will be compared to the present samples to confirm that
levels were affected by the minimal rainfall.
