Enclosed is the quarterly discharge report for American Distillation, .Inc. for the 4th quarter of
2018.
On January 7, 2019, AD1 received its 4`l' quarter storznwater sample results and it was sfo8und
that the COD level was 157 mg/L whereas the benchmark is 120'mg/L.
Upon inspection, Donald Outlaw found that the sample was erroneously taken.from the inlet
to the stormwater pond and not Outfall 001 as is should have been
Actions implemented to operational controls will be as follows:
1. All Stormwater Samples will betaken at Outfall 001.
2. - Outfall 001 will be marked with a sign.
Above actions will be implemented January 9, 2019.
