Tucker facility in Henderson, NC. The facility was unable to collect a storm water sample during a qualifying rain event during the first half of 2019 monitoring period, and due to an oversight, an SDO was not submitted within 30 days of the end of the monitoring period. The facility collected a sample during the next qualifying rain event for the second half of 2019 monitoring period, and the enclosed SDO has the documentation for both monitoring periods for 2019. Measures have been put in place to ensure that this oversight will not be repeated.
