I met with Mr. Tim Agner and we walked the site together. According to Mr. Agner, the facility ceased operations approximately two years ago. All petroleum tanks and chemicals have been removed from the site. There is still some material (concrete blocks and aggregate piles) left at the site, however the material is very unlikely to migrate. Based on my observations, I recommend proceeding with permit rescission. Please provide me with a copy of the rescission letter for our files.
