FOR MONITORING RESULTS:
• A single benchmark exceedance triggers TIER 1 REQUIREMENTS. See permit PART II SECTION B or C.
• Two exceedances in a row for the same parameter at the same outfall trigger TIER 2 REQUIREMENTS.
