Main Street Suite 102 Clayton, NC 27520 RE: Project Name: Ashcroft Phase 7 Project ID: JC# 14-014-C Submitted By: Adams & Hodge Dear Mr. Smith: We have reviewed the Stormwater Management Plan and calculations submitted for the above referenced site. Based upon the information submitted, the plans have been approved with the following conditions: The maximum impervious surfaces approved for lots in this phase are outlined below: a. Lots 6, 7 and 40-47: 5,000sf b. Lots 1-5 and 34-39: 4,500sf c. Lot 33: 4,250sf d. No impervious surfaces were approved for the portion of Phase 7 on the east side of the stream. 2. Please indicate all drainage easements, riparian buffers, jurisdictional wetlands, driveway pipe sizes, impervious area limitations, and flood hazard areas on the Final Plat. 3. A stormwater certification by the engineer of record will be required at the completion of the project. A letter of credit or bond certified by the engineer of record must be submitted for any outstanding work prior to final plat recordation. A copy of this letter will be forwarded to the Planning Office for their files.
