Dear Sirs,
Fortress Wood Products Incorporated, located at 3874 Bethel Drive Ext., High Point,
North Carolina. 27260, and at 899 Foreman Bundy Road, Elizabeth City, North Carolina, 27909
has named Mr. George M. Dickens, Jr., President and CEO of The Lester Group, as the
Responsible Official with regard to operations at their High Point and Elizabeth City
manufacturing facilities. Mr. Dickens replaces Mr. Ken McBride who has left Fortress Wood
Products to pursue other interests. Both the Winston Salem and Washington Regional Offices
have been notified of this change.
This notification is being made by Environmental Solutions and Strategies, a
Martinsville, Virginia environmental engineering and consulting company at the specific request
-- and direction of The Lester Group, which owns this subsidiary of Fortress Wood Products,
Incorporated.
