Eric Flask of my staff has reviewed the proposed 2014 biological study plan for the Roxboro Steam
Electric Plant.
As detailed in the aforementioned document, the study plan's program, frequency, and location are
acceptable and are identical to the most recently approved (2013) plan. Therefore, the Environmental
Sciences Section approves the proposed plan for 2014.
