Event Description
NC DIVISION OF ENERGY, MINERAL, AND LAND RESOURCES INTENT TO ISSUE A
STORMWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT Public comment or objection to the draft permit is
invited. Submit written comments to DEMLR at the address below. All comments received prior
to September 30, 2019 will be considered in the final determination regarding permit issuance
and permit provisions. Applications Georgia Pacific Mt. Holly, LLC, 100 Buckeye Drive, Mt. Holly,
NC, has applied for an NPDES permit to discharge stormwater from an industrial facility at
Georgia Pacific Mt.. Holly, LLC, 100 Buckeye Drive, My. Holly, NC, Gaston County.. The facility
discharges to South Stanley Creek, a class WS-IV stream in the Catawba River Basin. Permit Nov
