Pleasant Road, the old Northwestern corner of Johnny A. Layton (Book 2926, Page 338) and runs thence with two (2) lines of Layton as follows: First, South 53-09-14 East 101.09 feet to an iron stake, an old corner; thence Second, North 46-38-30East 252.32 feet to an iron stake in the line of Layton, a corner of Ernest G.
