discharge outfall location(s) noted on the application (attached for your reference). Please provide the latitude and
longitude measurements or mark the discharge location(s) on the HNA Engineering aerial site photograph and then scan
and email the photo to me and I can determine the latitude/longitude measurements from the aerial markup. Please
