The General Permit authorizes discharges ofstormwater, and itspecifies your obligations
with respectto discharge controls, management, monitoring, and. record keeping. Please
review the new permit to familiarize yourself with all changes in the reissued permit.
Your facility has six (6) months from receipt of the permit to update your Stormwater
Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) to reflect any new permit requirements.

Management Commission, and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended,

No. NCG140000.
This certificate of coverage shall become effective April 14th, 2020
This Certificate of Coverage shall remain in effect for the duration of the General Permit.
