Charlotte -Mecklenburg Storm Water Services (CMSWS) previously inspected this facility on February 7, 2017, March 27, 2017 and April 21, 2017 with the result of unsatisfactory due to a dry weather flow at outfall #7. A Notice of Violation was issued due to a dry weather flow at outfall #7, which was also a water quality standard exceedance.
