(S+GI is submitting this required Tier 2 discharge monitoring report. The SWLF facility is located in Wake County, North Carolina. The facility is currently permitted discharge stormwater related to landfilling activities under Certificate of Coverage NCG120080, General Permit NCG120000. The facility is required to monitor discharge at the Stormwater Discharge Outfalls (SDOs) 1, 4, and 6. The site is currently in Tier 2 status at SOO-llfecal coliforml. Discharged occurred at outfalls 1 and 6 for this sampling event. SDO-1 exceeded the benchmark threshold for fecal coliform. We are providing two (2) copies of the DMR report for this submittal. If you have any questions about this report or require additional information, please contact us at (919)-828-0577. Sincerely, SMITH GARDNER, INC. DocuS1yned by: C. W CDD9ES8EE42 Mary C.
