At the request of the designated individual, George M. Rose, PE, the State Stormwater Management Permit Application has been withdrawn from consideration on April 1, 2020 and will not be reviewed. Per the requirements of Title 15A NCAC 02H .1042(3)(a)(ii) of the Stormwater Management Rules, this Office is hereby returning the subject application as incomplete. The $505.00 application fee has been forfeited and a new fee will need to be provided if you choose to resubmit this application in the future. The original signed letter is being mailed to Ed Schultz at the following address (NOTE: Due to unforeseen circumstances, the mailing of the hard copy of the permit will be delayed slightly.
