Our review indicates that the PAR is adequate and satisfies the requirements of 15A NCAC 211 .908(b) and the Comprehensive Guidance for North Carolina Pretreatment Programs, with any notable findings or notes as follows: A Notice of Violation (NOV-2019-PC-0728) was issued to the City of Greensboro on November 14, 2019 by the Division of Water Resources for violations of North Carolina water quality standards and NPDES permit conditions pertaining to a discharge of 1,4- Dioxane of 957.5 ug/l on August 7, 2019. The City's Pretreatment Program is working with its Significant Industrial Users and the Division of Water Resources to address and respond to these violations.
