My supervisor (who signs the DMRs) lives in a state with a shelter in place is in effect. We were able to send in February's, but March will likely be due before the shelter in place is lifted. We have not yet on -boarded any stormwater permittees onto electronic DMR yet. You can also email me a copy, and I can store it in the permit digital repository (but you must mail a hard copy with the signature as well).
