NC DIVISION OF ENERGY, MINERAL, AND LAND RESOURCES INTENT TO ISSUE A
STORMWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT Public comment or objection to the draft permit is
invited. Submit written comments to DEMLR at the address below. All comments received prior
to September 27, 2019 will be considered in the final determination regarding permit issuance
and permit provisions. Applications Lanxess Solutions US, Inc., 214 West Ruby Avenue, Gastonia,
NC, has applied for an NPDES permit to discharge stormwater from an industrial facility at
