NC DIVISION OF ENERGY, MINERAL, AND LAND RESOURCES INTENT TO ISSUE A
STORMWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT Public comment or objection to the draft permit is
invited: Submit written comments to DEMLR at the address below. All comments received prior
to September 13, 2019 will be considered in the final determination regarding permit issuance
and permit provisions. Application: CPI USA North Carolina LLC, 1281 Powerhouse Drive,
Southport, NC, has applied for an NPDES permit to discharge stormwater from an industrial
facility at CPI USA North Carolina LLC, - SOuthport Plant, 1281 Powerhouse Drive, Southport,
NC, Brunswick County. The facility discharges to Price Creek, a class SC, Sw water body in the
Cape Fear River Basin, Permit No, NCS000348. Additional permit documents are available for
the reproduction cost at DEMLR Stormwater Permitting Program, 512 N. Salisbury Street
(location, zip 27604) 1612 Mail Service Center (mail) Raleigh, NC 27699-1612. TeL (919) E07-
