Dear Mr. Eisenrieth:
On March 3, 2020, Roberto Scheller of this Office conducted a compliance sampling inspection
at the subject facility. This inspection was conducted as a Compliance Sampling Inspection (CSI)
to insure compliance with permit requirements and conditions. Effluent samples for Chronic
Toxicity were collected at Outfall #007 on March 31 and 5th, 2020. Laboratory analysis indicate
that Chronic Toxicity samples collected were reported as "Pass" by the State Laboratory. A copy
of the laboratory analysis has been forwarded via email to Mr. Dale Wooten. The subject facility
appeared to be well operated and maintained. We wish to thank the operating staff for their
assistance regarding this inspection.
