DWQ has reviewed the information provided and found the response adequate to satisfactorily resolve the violations noted in the NOV dated April 18, 2008. The Industrial Stormwater Permit requires implementation of the SPPP and completion of the semi-annual analytical and qualitative monitoring found deficient in the most recent compliance inspection. Fulfillment of all permit requirements will be evaluated during the next inspection visit. This letter in no way precludes this Office for taking action on this or any other violation. A tour was conducted of the facility, observing the stormwater conveyances, outfalls and site conditions. During the visit, company records were reviewed, operational activities and existing stormwater exposures were discussed. Permit requirements were also reviewed as pertaining to the most recent permit version, dated October 1, 2006. At the time of the inspection the site was found to be non -compliant with the permit. No SPPP had been developed nor implemented and no qualitative or anlytical monitoring had been conducted.
