Stormwater from this outlet enters a culvert that crosses below Highway 64 and discharges into the Town of Plymouth storm sewer system. Analytical monitoring of this outfall has been performed and results were within permit limits. Visual observation of this outfall revealed no noticeable adverse conditions. The site also includes a small detention basin to collect vehicle wash water and any materials falling on the concrete pad surface during loading operations. Supernate from this basin is sprayed on the lawn area located on the northwest side of the site and the discharge must be monitored according to the permit. Since Section C: 1. Table 5 and Section C: 4. Table 8 contain identical monitoring requirements, it does not matter if the process wastewater is generated by cleaning external surfaces or by mixing drum washout.
