DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY FORM
DELEGATION OF SIGNATORY AUTHORITY:
Pursuant to the requirements of the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 40, Section 122.22, parts (a) and
(b) and Title 40, Section 1123.25, as applicable, and in accordance with my authority as Vice President of
Legal and Corporate Secretary for Trimac Transportation Inc. and Trimac Transportation Services
(Western) Inc., I hereby revoke all previous delegations of signatory authority pursuant to the
regulations and hereby designate to the Manager of Environmental Compliance, Devon Wilmington, for
the reports, documents and other information required by the permit applications for Trimac
Transportation Inc. and Trimac Transportation Services (Western) Inc., until July 31, 2021 or such a time
that signatory authority may be rescinded or changed by a responsible corporate officer of Trimac
Transportation Inc. and Trimac Transportation Services (Western) Inc. whichever is earlier.

direction or supervision in accordance with a system designed to assure that qualified personnel
properly gather and evaluate the information submitted. Based on my inquiry of the person or persons
who manage the system, or those persons directly responsible for gathering the information, the
information submitted is, to the best of my knowledge and belief, true, accurate, and complete. I am
aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false information, including the possibility of
fine and imprisonment for knowing violations."
