This DMR represents a tiered monitoring event for Copper and Zinc as required by the general storm water permit. Fe was required per semi-annual sampling requirements and was inadvertently missed during the 10/15/2014 monitoring event. As a result, Fe was also sampled in November. The November analyses indicated an exceedence of the benchmark value for Cu at the site's outfall. The November analysis also indicated an exceedence of Cu at both of the background monitoring locations, indicating that the exceedence of Cu may not be unique to the conditions at the site. The November analysis also indicated an exceedance of Zn at the outfall location, but no exceedance was indicated at either background location. No exceedences of Fe were detected at any of the background or outfall monitoring locations because Fe does not have a BMV. A comparison of the outfall and background sample results is presented in the following tables: Outfall 001 Pollutant Result ICU 0.0959 mg/L Fe 47.800 mg/L 1Zn 0.220 mg/L Background 1 Pollutant Result ICU 0.0108 mg/L Fe 0.814 mg/L Zn 0.0584 mg/L Background 2 Pollutant Result ICU 0.0102 mg/L Fe 0.750 mg/L Zn 0.0554 mg/L 1Note: Pollutant concentrations exceeded BMV's Keywell will collect a tiered sample for Copper and Zinc in December at outfall and background locations in accordance with the general storm water permit, as qualifying rain events allow. This DMR represents a tiered monitoring event for TSS, Cu, Pb, and Zn as required by the general storm water permit. The September analyses indicated an exceedence of the benchmark value for Cu at the site's outfall. The September analysis also indicated an exceedence of Cu at both of the background monitoring locations, indicating that the exceedence of Cu may not be unique to the conditions at the site. However, there were no exceedences of TSS, Pb, or Zn at any of the background or outfall monitoring locations. A comparison of the outfall and background sample results is presented in the following tables: Outfali 001 Background 1 Background 2 Pollutant Result Pollutant Result Pollutant Result TSS 86.0 mg/L 1Cu 0.0127 mg/L TSS 1Cu 10.5 mg/L 0.0072 mg/L TSS 14.8 mg/L 1Cu 0.0073 mg/L RECEIVED Pb <0.0050 mg/L Pb <0.0050 mg/L Pb <0.0050 mg/L Nov 04 20'iq Zn 0.0363 mg/L 1Note: Pollutant concentrations Zn 0.0324 mg/L exceeded BMV's. The September analysis also indicated an exceedence of Cu at both of the background monitoring locations, indicating that the exceedence of Cu may not be unique to the conditions at the site. However, there were no exceedences of TSS, Pb, or Zn at any of the background or outfall monitoring locations. A comparison of the outfall and background sample results is presented in the following tables: Outfall 001 Background 1 Background 2 Pollutant Result Pollutant Result Pollutant Result TSS 86.0 mg/L TSS 10.5 mg/L TSS 14.8 mg/L RECEIVED 1Cu 0.0127 mg/L 1Cu 0.0072 mg/L iCu 0.0073 mg/L Pb <0.0050 mg/L Pb <0.0050 mg/L Pb <0.0050 mg/L NOV 0 4 2014 Zn 0.0363 mg/L Zn 0.0324 mg/L Zn 0.0334 mg/L DENR-LAND QUALITY 1Note: Pollutant concentrations exceeded BMV's. The May analysis also indicated exceedences of Cu and Zn at both of the background monitoring locations, indicating that the exceedences are not unique to the conditions at the site. A comparison of the outfall and background sample results is presented in the following tables: Outfall 001 Pollutant Result TSS <50.0 mg/L 1Cu 0.140 mg/L ;Zn 0.312 mg/L Background 1 Pollutant Result TSS 3.7 mg/L Cu 0.0109 mg/L IZn 0.0851 mg/L Note: Pollutant concentrations exceeded BMV's. This DMR represents a semi-annual monitoring event for all pollutants as required by the general storm water permit. The August analyses indicated exceedences of the benchmark values for Cu, Zn, and Total Suspended Solids (TSS) at the site's outfall. The August analysis also indicated an exceedence of Cu and Zn at both of the background monitoring locations, indicating that the exceedence of Cu and Zn may not be unique to the conditions at the site. However, there were no exceedences of TSS at either of the background monitoring locations. There was no exceedence of Pb at either of the Background nor the Outfall locations. A comparison of the outfall and background sample results is presented in the following tables: Outfall 001 Pollutant Result 1TSS 750 mg/L tCu 0.0980 mg/L Pb 0.0177 mg/L Zn 0.185 mg/L Background 1 Pollutant Result TSS 7.9 mg/L 1Cu 0.0142 mg/L Pb <0.0050 mg/L Zn 0.0.0950 mg/L `Note: Pollutant concentrations exceeded BMV's. A comparison of the outfall and background sample results is presented in the following tables: Outfall 001 Pollutant Result tTSS 750 mg/L Cu 0,0980 mg/L Pb 0.0177 mg/L Zn 0.185 mg/L Background 1 Pollutant Result TSS 7.9 mg/L 1Cu 0.0142 mg/L Pb <0.0050 mg/L Zn 0.0.0950 mg/L Note: Pollutant concentrations exceeded BMv's. This DMR represents a semi-annual monitoring event for all pollutants as required by the general storm water permit. The June analyses indicated exceedences of the benchmark values for Cu, Zn, and Total Suspended Solids (TSS) at the site's outfall. The June analysis also indicated exceedences of Cu and Zn at both of the background monitoring locations, indicating that the exceedences are not unique to the conditions at the site. However, there were no exceedences of TSS at either of the background monitoring locations. A comparison of the outfall and background sample results is presented in the following tables: Outfall 001 Pollutant I Result 1TSS 210 mg/L Cu 0.0392 mg/L 1Zn 0.0865 mg/L Background 1 Pollutant Result TSS 59.0 mg/L Cu 0.0166 mg/L 1Zn 0.138 mg/L `Note: Pollutant concentrations exceeded BMV's. A comparison of the outfall and background sample results is presented in the following tables: Outfall 001 Pollutant Result 1TSS 210 mg/L Cu 0.0392 mg/L 1Zn 0.0865 mg/L Background 1 Pollutant Result TSS 59.0 mg/L Cu 0.0166 mg/L 1Zn 0.138 mg/L Note: Pollutant concentrations exceeded BMV's.
