Please take notice that this certificate of coverage (COC) is not transferable except after notice to the Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources. The Division may require modification or revocation and reissuance of the certificate of coverage. Please note that NCG 140000 contains effluent limitations for process wastewater discharges (see Part IV, Section D). Wastewater discharges must meet the requirements of these effluent limitations.
