Mr. Cannady wanted to be sure he was capturing a full representation of the runoff for that outfall. We talked about adding core fiber baffles beyond the outfall pull that exists on the SW corning of the property next to the train track. This would alow them to add an additional filtration devise since the water in the basin stays so murky and would probably never provide for a TSS sample below the benchmark. This may require digging a small channel beyond the basin Page 2of3 Permit: NCG140138 Owner - Facility:GreystoneConcrete Products Inc Inspection pate: 1112012019 Inspection Type: Compliance Evaluation Reason for Visit Routine Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan Yes No NA NE Does the site have a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan? 0 El ❑ ❑ # Does the Plan include a General Location (USGS) map? 0 ❑ ❑ ❑ # Does the Plan include a 'Narrative Description of Practices'? ❑ # Does the Plan include a detailed site map including outfall locations and drainage areas?
