On September 19, 2019, personnel from the Mooreseville Regional Office with the Division of
Energy Mineral and Land resources determined the rescission request is denied.
The deficiencies found were erosion issues and concrete waste to be cleaned up. Once
corrective actions have been taken, please complete a new Rescission Request form for re -
inspection.
