I wrongly assumed that because the site was considerably closer to Spooner Creek, it would drain there rather than the Newport River. I apologize for believing that the site would drain to the closest waterbody and thus believing there to be some error in the eNOI application. We are not able to retrieve and reprocess an application that has been rejected. In this case, it will be necessary to resubmit the application. I'm copying the entire SW review team, so that they realize that although the Waste Removal - Contractors Plant and Storage Yard project site is much closer to Spooner Creek, it drains to Newport River as you explained. The proposed site grading is such that it drains to the roadway ditch system which flow to US 70 and then through a series of piping and ditching to the Newport River. Please let me know what more you may need to continue the review. Thank you, Ginger Y.
