DEVELOPMENT SHALL COMPLY WITH HOKE COUNTY AND NCDOT STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS. 2. SIGNAGE, LANDSCAPING AND OTHER MONUMENTATION SHALL BE PERMITTED IN CONFORMANCE WITH HOKE COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS. 3. NO PONDING DUE TO SPOILS STOCKPILING OR OTHER ACTIVITIES SHALL BE PERMITTED. 5. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN COPIES OF THESE DOCUMENTS ON THE SITES AT ALL TIMES. 6. WHEN THE CONTRACTOR IS UNABLE TO COMPLETE HIS WORK AS SHOWN ON THE PLANS BECAUSE OF AN EXISTING UTILITY, CONTRACTOR SHALL STAKE THE LOCATION OF THE UTILITY PRIOR TO PROCEEDING AND CONTACT THE ENGINEER. 7. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFYALL PUBLIC AGENCIES, THE OWNER, THE ENGINEER AND ALL OTHER CONCERNED PARTIES WHEN CONSTRUCTION IS TO COMMENCE.
