This correspondence is to acknowledge the receipt of a Notice of Violation (NOV-2019-
PC-0717) dated November 1st, 2019 and received November 13th, 2019 by the City of
Conover from DEQ-DEMLR following an audit of NPDES MS4 Permit Number NC000431.
The city also acknowledges the permit deficiencies as noted and the intent to comply
with the required actions as listed therein.
