Dear Mr. Morton:
This office has reviewed the, proposed minor adjustment(s) to the previously approved Erosion and
Sedimentation Control application dated June 14, 2019. This office has determined that the proposed
minor adjustment(s) do not require changes to: (1) the Erosion and Sedimentation Control measure
designs, (2) the drainage areas, or (3) the disturbed areas draining to Erosion and Sedimentation Control
measures associated with the previously approved application. Therefore, this office approves the
proposed deviation for minor adjustment(s) to the previously approved Erosion and Sedimentation
Control application dated June 14, 2019.
The financially responsible party shall comply with the conditions of the NCGO 10000 permit that became
effective on April 1, 2019. The financially responsible party shall print the new NCGO 10000 permit and have
it on site. The new NCGO 10000 permit can be printed from the deq.nc_gov/NCG01 website.
As a condition of the NPDES General Stormwater Permit (NCGO 10000), the financially responsible party
shall comply with the NCGO 1 Ground Stabilization And Materials Handling requirements that became
effective April 1, 2019_ The financially responsible party shall print the NCGOI Ground Stabilization And
Materials Handling standard detail and have it on site. The NCGO1 Ground Stabilization And Materials
Handling standard detail can be printed from the deq.nc.gov/NCGOI website.
