Comments & Observations: 1) Ernergency,contact information has been name and telephone number are listed on the sign. at'WlcoHess's refueling area; John Spainhour's 2) The scrap -engine has been moved indoors - the surrounding contaminated area was remediated. 3) As of 10/27/09, empty barrels (at various locations throughout the property) have not been moved indoors. As per our conversation, i cT oRess shall remove all empty barrels from its site —as �as p y T cle maintenance shop. These corrective relocate partially -full drums to the interior of the vehite measures shall be completed by 5 P.M. on 10/29109: 4) WilcoH_ess is scheduled to conduct spill response training on 10/30/09. Upon completi6n, please submit your training records to the Stormwater Division by 11/4/09. T uring the reinspection, Stormwater staff observed oil & grease in a rear -end transfer case that was exposed to rainwater. In addition, two diesel fuel spills were observed on the round at the truck fuel tank scrap pile. As per our conversation, WilcoHess shall render the oil/water mixture to its contracted vendor. All diesel -laden soil shall be remediated in accordance with all applicable Federal, State., and locai,regulations. These corrective actions must be completed by,5 P.M. on 10129/09. --- Confirm the connectivity of your stormwater conveyance portion of the facility. Once confirmed, determine the stormwater discharge outfall for this area and denote its location on WlcoHess's site mar). In accordance with NCG#80142, conduct analytical monitoring at Outfall #2 by 12/31/09 and'incorporate this new outfall into your revised non -storm_ w_a_te_r certification statement for 2009. 7) Incorporate all permit components (e.g. feasibility study, recertification of the non-stormwater statement; etc.) that are absent from m WilcoHess's SWPPP and submit the revised document to the Stormwater Division by: 04/30/2010. ' Please note: WilcoHess shall keep the Stormwater Division abreast (with written documentation) of its progress to comply with this required action. Due to its _ planned expansion of the vehicle maintenance, building, a due date of six (6) rrionths Was agreed upon in an effort to avoid duplication of resources for WilcoHess's SWPPP revision.
