The maps need to be updated and the stormwater outfalls labeled. It is recommended that you label your actual outfalls for ease of inspection. Your monitoring and training records need to be improved, the permit requires that 5 years of records be kept. It is recommended that you review your SWPPP at least once per year and make updates. A simple log Sheet in the front of the plan, recording this review would be beneficial.
