Inspection Summary:
On July 25, 2018 this site was inspected for compliance. l met with Scott Cunningham on site. The inspection was done in
response to a complaint concerning discoloration of stormwater leaving the site. Facility had pumped out a stilling basin into
an area on the property that they said would hold the water. A discharge pipe inlet was discovered in the area, and all
pumping activity was stopped. And if further pumping is needed, the facility contact will pursue other methods of pumping,
No issues were observed during the inspection.

exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000).
