Payment has been submitted for Hickory, payment confirmations are attached in email form. The payment for Davie
was submitted via check November of last year, check stub attached, but did not specify the permit number it was in
reference to, likely causing the missed payment status.
I've copied Deborah Reese as she was part of the resolution for the Foothills Landfill invoice issue and I'm assuming
would be part of the resolution/confirmation of payment here as well.
Let me know if this satisfies payment so we can get these permits renewed.

These were not renewed because fees were owed. Attached are the letters.
Let us know when fees have been resolved, and we can renew the COCs. Please also ensure the contacts for these
permits are correct. You can run a summary report here.

While reviewing our facility SWPPPs I believe the issue we had with Foothills Landfill occurred with our Hickory (080211)
and Davie (080787) locations. Can you confirm that the renewal of these permits was stalled due to not receiving the
renewal fee?
