NC DIVISION OF ENERGY, MINERAL, AND LAND RESOURCES INTENT TO ISSUE A
STORMWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT
Public comment of objection to the draft permit is invited. Submit written comments to DEMLR
at the address below. All comments recieved prior to August 30, 2019 will be considered in the
final determination regarding permit issuance and permit provisions. Applications 2025 Development
Center Drive, Mebane, NC 27302. has applied for an NPDES permit to discharge stormwater from an industrial facility at: 2025
